Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website cdek-fulfillment.asia (the “Website”), owned by CDEK BKK Company Limited (CDEK BKK Co., LTD), registration number 0105565199963, address: 18/6 Soi Udomsak 31, Khwaeng Bangchak, Khet Phrakanong, Bangkok 10260, Kingdom of Thailand (the “Operator”). A User is any person who uses the Website.

1. General

1.1. The Website provides information about the fulfillment services the Operator offers in the Kingdom of Thailand and the ability to request a quote for them.

1.2. Browsing the Website and sending a quote request do not mean acceptance of the Public Offer, conclusion of a contract or consent to the processing of personal data.

1.3. How request data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy (cdek-fulfillment.asia/privacy/en/); the use of cookies is described in “Cookie Consent” (cdek-fulfillment.asia/cookie/en/).

2. Services

2.1. The Operator provides fulfillment services (receiving, storage, inspection, packing, labeling, consolidation, dispatch) at warehouse facilities in Bangkok.

2.2. A contract for services is concluded by accepting the Public Offer (cdek-fulfillment.asia/offer/en/) in accordance with its Section 2.

2.3. Rates and calculation examples on the Website are for information only; the cost and scope of services under a contract are stated in the invoice (clause 4.1 of the Public Offer).

3. Quote request

3.1. To request a quote, the User provides a name and a main contact (phone, WhatsApp or Telegram); LINE ID, email and a description of the goods are optional.

3.2. A request is a request to calculate the cost and contact the User. It is not an order and creates no obligation to pay.

3.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3.4. The quote is sent to the User via the agreed communication channel.

4. Liability

4.1. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, the actions of carriers, weather conditions or force majeure.

4.2. The Operator is not responsible for the quality, characteristics or lawfulness of goods delivered to the warehouse.

4.3. The User undertakes not to deliver to the warehouse goods prohibited from import into or export from Thailand.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The Website content (texts, images, design, program code) belongs to the Operator or is used lawfully.

5.2. Any copying, reproduction or commercial use without the Operator’s written consent is prohibited.

5.3. The trademarks “СДЭК” and “CDEK” may be used only under official contractual relations.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. The Operator may change these Terms by publishing the current revision on the Website.

6.2. A new revision applies from the date of publication; the revision date is shown at the end of the document.

7. Governing law

7.1. The laws of the Kingdom of Thailand govern the relations of the parties.

7.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of Bangkok.
