Cookie Consent

The website cdek-fulfillment.asia (the “Website”) is owned by CDEK BKK Company Limited (CDEK BKK Co., LTD; registration number 0105565199963, address: 18/6 Soi Udomsak 31, Khwaeng Bangchak, Khet Phrakanong, Bangkok 10260, Kingdom of Thailand; the “Operator”). This document describes which cookies and similar technologies the Website uses and how you manage your choice.

Strictly necessary technologies work without consent — the Website cannot work without them. Analytics and the Google map are enabled only after you make a choice in the cookie banner; visiting the Website is not considered consent to them.

1. Strictly necessary technologies (work without consent)

• the cdekful_cookie_consent_v1 entry in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) — stores your cookie banner choice so that we do not ask on every visit;
• IP address, browser and device information — automatically recorded by the hosting web server for the operation and security of the Website.

2. Videos on the home page (no cookies, independent of the banner choice)

The videos in the “How We Work” section load from the Vercel content delivery network (Vercel Inc., USA). When a video loads, Vercel receives your IP address, browser information and the address of the requested file; no cookies are set, and Vercel does not receive the content of your request. This is technical delivery of media content: the Operator relies on its legitimate interest in displaying the Website’s content (PDPA, Section 24(5)).

3. Analytics (only after “Accept all”)

Yandex Metrica — counter No. 109131548, service operator Yandex LLC (Russian Federation). It collects visit statistics: pages viewed, time on the Website, traffic sources, link clicks, a click map and a recording of on-page actions (Webvisor). The Operator uses this data to analyse and improve the Website. The request form fields are excluded from Webvisor recording.

Until you click “Accept all”, Yandex Metrica does not load, its cookies are not set and no data is sent to it — including if you chose “Necessary only” or have not yet responded to the banner.

4. Google map in the “Contacts” section (only by your choice)

The map loads from Google LLC servers. Until you make a choice, a placeholder is shown in its place and no requests are sent to Google. The map loads if you chose “Accept all” in the cookie banner or clicked “Show map” on the placeholder — in the latter case only on the open page, without saving the choice. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The “Open in Google Maps” link opens the map on the Google website in a new tab.

5. Transfers outside Thailand

If you enabled analytics or the map, data is transferred to Yandex LLC (Russian Federation) and Google LLC (the United States and other countries). The videos load from the Vercel content delivery network (the United States and other countries). The level of personal data protection in these countries may differ from that established in Thailand. Data is transferred to Yandex Metrica and Google only with your consent in the cookie banner.

6. How to change your choice

You can change your choice at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the home page. After you choose “Necessary only”, Yandex Metrica and the map do not load when pages are opened next time (on a page that is already open, Metrica stops working after the page is reloaded). Cookies previously set by Metrica and Google can be deleted in your browser settings. Please send data processing requests to info@cdek-thailand.com. 7. Governing law

Cookies are used in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
